Dollar Mixed After Consumer Confidence Index

(RTTNews) - The U.S. consumer confidence for September has been released at 10:00 am ET Tuesday. The greenback showed mixed trading against its major opponents after the data. While the greenback ticked down against the franc and the euro, it changed little against the pound and the yen.
The greenback was trading at 1.2622 against the euro, 109.56 against the yen, 1.6219 against the pound and 0.9556 against the franc around 10:05 am ET.
