Marine and offshore engineering company SembCorp Marine Ltd. (S51.SG) said Tuesday that a subsidiary signed a $190-million contract to build modules to process liquefied natural gas for Bechtel Corp.

The modules are for a resources project in Western Australia, SembCorp Marine said in a statement. Construction of the modules will begin in November in Indonesia.

The contract isn't expected to have a material impact on 2014 earnings, it said.
