on October 18 at 51 participating
Ruth's Chris Steak House restaurants nationwide. Illustrating the
versatility of Port, the dinner will feature a Port cocktail as
well as pair the variety of styles, from white to Tawny to Vintage,
with each of the five courses.

the Ruth's Chris Steak House Port Dinner in Northbrook, Illinois. In addition, the pair
will welcome guests to the dinner with an educational video which
explains styles of Ports as well as Taylor
Fladgate's Vintage Ports which are blended from the family's
own quintas or estates, Vargellas, Terra Feita and Junco. These
three iconic and geographically distinct properties produce
characteristically unique wines, and are the cornerstone of the
company's success and the main source of its inimitable house
style.
