  • Improved the social performance and learning experiences by further integrating Point, GreenLight and WingSpan to create an unparalleled employee experience.
  • Experienced strong growth in the HRMS market as the HeartBeat was chosen by mid-market companies to serve as an HR system of record, complete with paid time off (PTO), benefit and open enrollment options.
  • Strengthened the interoperability within the integrated Life Suite and improved the ability to share data with other HRMS, CRM and ERP applications.

International Growth - In the third quarter, SilkRoad increased its international footprint with new offices in Scandinavia and Mexico to support its growing international presence. Over the past five years, SilkRoad has grown to over 20 offices, signed a number of strategic partnerships and diversified the geographic makeup of its customer base. Currently more than 25 percent of SilkRoad's customers are located in countries outside North America.
