customer growth during the third quarter. The Company, which
provides social talent management solutions, welcomed organizations
to its roster such as GTE Federal Credit Union, wise Group,

Higher Education, Heartland Dental Care, Inc., BGEA, GNP Insurance
Group and General Atomics. In addition, SilkRoad made significant
investments in growing its international operations and enhancing

Product Innovation - Over the course of the quarter,
SilkRoad:
- Enhanced the Life Suite with social networking and mobility
innovations that ensure employees and managers alike can access its
cloud applications from popular tablet and mobile phone
devices.
- Improved the social performance and learning experiences by
further integrating Point, GreenLight and WingSpan to create an
unparalleled employee experience.
- Experienced strong growth in the HRMS market as the HeartBeat
was chosen by mid-market companies to serve as an HR system of
record, complete with paid time off (PTO), benefit and open
enrollment options.
- Strengthened the interoperability within the integrated Life
Suite and improved the ability to share data with other HRMS, CRM
and ERP applications.
International Growth - In the third quarter, SilkRoad increased
its international footprint with new offices in Scandinavia and
Mexico to support its growing international presence. Over the past
five years, SilkRoad has grown to over 20 offices, signed a number
of strategic partnerships and diversified the geographic makeup of
its customer base. Currently more than 25 percent of SilkRoad's
customers are located in countries outside North America.
