Redknee Signs New Converged Billing Deal in Africa

Redknee Solutions, Inc. (TSX: RKN), a leading provider of
business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for
communications service providers, is pleased to announce that it
has signed a new converged billing and customer care deal with
Malea Multimedia Mobile and Services (Malea MMS) that will see the
company launch a new mobile brand in Niger. The multi-million
dollar, multi-year term license deal adds to Redknee's extensive
footprint in the African market and reiterates its position as a
leading provider of billing and customer care solutions that
support multi-brand growth strategies.
Redknee's real-time converged billing and customer care solution
will enable Malea MMS to launch mobile marketing, multimedia and
customer loyalty services as well as provide advanced customer care
by offering its customers real-time visibility of their usage and
balance, including real-time usage notifications. Redknee's
solution will also allow Malea MMS to launch data, voice, content
and media services for prepaid, postpaid and hybrid customers.
