                      Change of Accounting Reference Date                      

Ezybonds (UK) announces that by resolution of the Board on 12 November 2012, it has changed its accounting reference date from 30 June to 31 December.

This change will take effect from the date notification of the change is filed at Companies House, which is anticipated to occur during the course of next week.

The next results to be announced by Ezybonds (UK) will cover the six months ending 30 June 2012 and will be announced by 30 November 2012. The annual results for the 18 months ended 30 December 2012 will be announced by 31 March 2013.
