Pick-Up Award 2013" with a unanimous vote. The judges commend
the Ford Ranger for its on- and off-road capability, strong engine
line-up, payload and towing capability and safety. All of the

After extensive testing at the Millbrook Proving Ground in
Bedfordshire, England the Ford
Ranger was awarded 47 points which was more than the combined
number of points that the second and third place trucks were
awarded. The award for the "International Pick-Up 2013" was
presented to Ford by jury chairman Pieter
Wieman at the Fleet Transport EXPO 12 event in Dublin.
The Ford Ranger won the award for being a great all-around truck
that combined on-road comfort with great off-road
capabilities. The Ford Ranger comes in three different cab
body styles; double, super and regular and are among the roomiest
in its class. The Ford Ranger comes with your choice of two
very powerful and economical engines and with the choice of 4x2 and
4x4 drive trains.
The new Ford Ranger now has a bigger payload and class leading
towing capabilities as well as innovative new comfort and driver
assistance features. The Ford Ranger is the first vehicle in
