The two-day conference concluded with a panel discussion where
customers shared their experiences related to the hot issue of Big
Data. They discussed the shifts they have witnessed in regards to
quantum of data being generated and challenges faced in managing it
in their respective industry. In response, Arno Sybrandy, Director, Solutions Marketing,
NICE Systems shared his experience
on how enterprises are seeing it as opportunity and not challenge
in some parts of the world. He detailed technologies and
methodologies in managing large quantities of data and how it can
also be monetised by taking simple steps in simplifying business
