In 2013, Location Group plans to introduce
eLocations.com; the site will function as a web-based,
worldwide retail property database. As such, Location Group
(Zurich) and Secinvest Capital
Partners (Zug) recently signed an agreement detailing their
participation and cooperation on the project. Secinvest will
support Marc-Christian Riebe,
Location Group's founder to search for strategic partners and
investors while providing consultancy services in the pre-IPO phase
planned for 2013.
eLocations.com will offer direct access to the
international retail property market and support retailers in terms
of on-site management and business expansion. It will also assist
property holders and investors in their asset management and help
them to acquire property in prime locations like shopping malls or
specialist shops.
Market participants will be able to obtain direct access to
exclusive information and benefit from tailored brokerage
services.
Location Group is currently working on the site's beta phase,
which covers the top 100 high streets in Switzerland. Existing customers Anne Fontaine, Brunello Cucinelli, Bucherer,
H&M, Hublot, Lidl, Lanvin, Longchamp, Nespresso, Odlo,
Rena Lange, SES European Shopping
Centers, Signa, and Vilebrequin have already expressed an interest
in the new platform.
