it has added returns and exchanges to its popular In-Vehicle Pickup
service. The new integrated retail service, powered by the Shop
Your Way mobile app, lets members pick up, return or exchange their
purchases for free – guaranteed in five minutes or less – without
ever leaving their vehicle.

continue to make it more convenient to pick-up, return and exchange
items that you have purchased right from your car," said

latest expansion to Sears integrated retail conveniences means that
you can spend less time making a return or exchange and more time
shopping."
How it works:
- To start an in-vehicle return or exchange, a member visits
sears.com, clicks on the customer service link, chooses "Returns
& Exchanges," and then follows the prompts to identify the
return item. For an exchange, the member selects a new item and
when the replacement is ready for pickup, Sears sends an email
confirmation.
- The member then heads to the Sears store they selected, parks
in a designated In-Vehicle Pickup spot, and uses the
Shop'In® feature in the Shop Your Way mobile app to let
the store know he/she has arrived. A timer will start on the phone
and, within five minutes, a Sears associate will arrive and
complete the return or exchange.

valuable e-coupons, price and product comparisons, customer reviews
