LONDON--Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC (RR.LN) said Tuesday it has been awarded a two-year contract by the U.S. Marine Corps worth up to $287 million.

Under the contract, Rolls-Royce will provide after-market engine support for the U.S. Marine Corps and Air Force V-22 fleets.
