BBVA Compass NBA American Express® Card, making it
easier for NBA fans across the nation to get closer to the game.
The launch is supported by a cross-platform digital campaign that
showcases some of the league's best players — including the bank's
national brand ambassadors, Kevin
Durant and James Harden, and
regional brand ambassadors Kawhi Leonard and Chandler Parsons.
All-Stars Durant and Harden helped announce the card-issuing
partnership between the bank, the NBA and American Express in
February ahead of NBA All-Star 2015. The BBVA Compass NBA American
Express Card can be personalized with customers' favorite team
logos and is the first credit card to bear the global NBA brand.
The card adds to BBVA Compass' digital product portfolio and is
expected to help the bank expand across the country by tapping into
fans' passions for the league and its 30 teams.

The card was designed with the NBA's digitally savvy fan base in
mind.

Among the card's exclusive benefits is the NBA TripleDouble
Rewards Program, which lets customers earn points redeemable for
statement credits, NBA merchandise and exclusive NBA experiences

also have an opportunity to gain double points for transactions at
gas stations and supermarkets, triple points for qualifying
NBA-related purchases and five times the points for card uses
coinciding with NBA All-Star and the NBA Finals.

NEW MARKETING CAMPAIGN SUPPORTS CARD LAUNCH
The campaign debuted during Sunday's games as part of a broader
digital marketing push and targets NBA fans through new spots,
social media and digital content.
It focuses on bringing fans closer the game, and all elements of
the campaign depict fans' passion for their favorite teams.
The commercials trade on fans' nostalgia for the game and the
experiences it has given them, whether it's past championships they
enjoyed or the shots that electrified them.
The campaign extends to select NBA venues and to the bank's
branches via on-site display materials, including life-size images
of the BBVA Compass brand ambassadors.

Bonus Rewards Points
only accumulate on Qualifying Purchases. Merchants are assigned
category codes by American Express based on what they primarily
sell. A purchase will not earn additional points if the
merchant's code is not in an eligible category. BBVA Compass
reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, determine whether a
particular transaction is a Qualifying Purchase and which purchase
category applies. Outside of special promotions, points do not
accumulate on cash advances, balance transfers, or convenience
check transactions. It may take up to 45 days for bonus
points to be awarded. Account must be in good standing to earn and
redeem points. First purchase must be made within 90 days of
account opening to qualify for special bonus points. The 10,000
bonus points offer requires at least $500 in Qualifying Purchases
within 90 days of account opening and is limited to one award per
account relationship regardless of the number of individual cards

You earn 3 points for
each $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases for the NBA purchase
category. An NBA purchase is a purchase made entirely with the
Card: of NBA game tickets from a licensed NBA ticket distributor;
at any NBA team home stadium during an NBA game; or on NBA.com. You
earn 2 points for each $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases at gas
stations and supermarkets. Gas Stations are defined as
stand-alone merchants in the United States that primarily sell
gasoline. Supermarkets are defined as stand-alone merchants that
primarily sell grocery products. Some merchants may sell these
products/services or are separate merchants who are located on the
premises of these merchants, but are classified by American Express
in another manner, in which case this added benefit would not
apply. You earn 1 point for each $1 spent on Qualifying Purchases
for all other purchase categories. Superstores and wholesale clubs
are excluded from bonus categories. Purchases made through a
third-party payment account or on an online marketplace (with
multiple retailers) will not earn additional points. A
purchase may not earn additional points if the merchant submits the
purchase using a mobile or wireless card reader or if you use a
mobile or digital wallet to make the purchase. Rewards categories
are established by BBVA Compass and may change without notice.
Offer cannot be combined with any other TripleDouble bonus point
offer or BBVA Compass rewards program. NBA All Star Weekend and NBA
Final dates may vary and the eligible time period for Bonus Points
accrual will be determined in the sole discretion of BBVA
