Service Corporation (HCSC), the nation's largest customer-owned
health insurer, announced that Andy
Napoli is named senior vice president and chief customer
service officer. In this role, Napoli will report to Karen Atwood, executive vice president, Service
and Technology, HCSC, and will lead the Service Delivery and
Operations (SDO) Division where he will help build upon HCSC's
reputation for superior customer service.
Napoli is a veteran and served nearly 15 years in the U.S. Army,
including a tour during Desert Storm. He brings strong leadership
experience from executive roles at various esteemed companies,
including Aetna, The Hartford Financial Services Group, CUNA Mutual
Group, Nationwide and Progressive.

Most recently, Andy served as vice president in the Office of
the President, where he was responsible for strategy, process
excellence, integration and other projects related to government
services, commercial and specialty business. Prior to Aetna, he
served as president of consumer markets and head of enterprise
business services at The Hartford Financial Services Group.
Andy is a West Point graduate with a
bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, and he has a master's
degree in statistics from the Georgia
Institute of Technology.
