LONDON-- British American Tobacco PLC (BATS.LN) Tuesday said it has signed a vapor products technology-sharing agreement with R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company (RJRTC), a subsidiary of Reynolds American Inc. (RAI).

"The signing of the agreement comes following an announcement of a term sheet between the parties in September 2015," British American said.

Shares at 1307 GMT, up 6 pence, or 0.16%, at 3,862 pence valuing the company at GBP72 billion.
