2016 CENTURY 21® "2100 Club Award" for system-best
transaction growth earned in 2015.
Rick Davidson, president and
chief executive officer of CENTURY 21 Real Estate, presented the
awards to Dan Kruse and Tom Bretz of CENTURY 21 Affiliated, and
Juan Martinez of CENTURY 21 Martinez
& Associates. Kruse, Bretz, Martinez and about 70 of their
peers were on-hand at the 2100 Club event, an exclusive,
invitation-only business meeting and retreat being held at the
Montage Laguna Beach in Southern
California from June 6-9.

Attendees also collaborated on the building of "Beach Wagons"
for children serviced by Easter

the Montage, sang songs, enjoyed lunch and went home with big
